My commitment to you, my client is I will personally see your project through from start to finish, ensuring that every detail is perfect, working with you to create the perfect style and tone to your event.
Consult: Each client comes to me with their own unique style and vision. I prefer to work closely with you to capture that style and ensure that your ideas come to life. I will chat with you either by phone, email, coffee house or in the comfort of your own home to learn what it is YOU want for your event. During the consultation we will discuss your event, theme, layout, colors, and embellishments.
Design: This is where the magic begins. After the consultation I will have a clear understanding of the type of event you are planning and the vision to create your custom invitation. I will create a complete invitation proof based on our conversation for your review.
I require a non-refundable $100.00 deposit on all custom projects to secure your time on the calendar. Your deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
If your invitation is to have a professionally taken photo in the design, we must have a reproduction release from your photographer.
Proof: You will be given an online password to preview your invitation proof. Please take special care in reviewing your designs, making sure all text is correct without errors, checking names, dates and locations. I always recommend you have a few people look at the proof. I will continue to work with you making edits and revisions until you are 100% satisfied with your design.
Along with your proof you will receive a written estimate for your event stationary, project timeline and a proof approval form.
Production: Once you are completely satisfied with your design proof and Invitations Your Way has received your signed approval form and 50% estimated payment we will move into production phase. Each project is created and assembled from scratch with the care and attention to detail that Sherri gives to all of her clients. Once we move into the production phase it will take approximately four weeks to create your invitations.
Delivery: When your order is complete and ready for delivery, Invitations your way will notify you via email and provide you with a final invoice. All accounts must be paid in full prior to delivery.
I recommend with all custom orders to begin the process 6 to 8 weeks prior to your mailing date. This allows for adequate time to complete the entire creation process, delivering you high quality custom invitations. Rush service is available upon request and is subject to additional fees.
